Welcome to betjj. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and betjj ("betjj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at betjj.app. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any product or service offered by betjj, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Please read these Terms carefully before using betjj. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing betjj.app or any of its sub-pages, mobile interfaces, or embedded content, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.
• You have read and agree to betjj's Privacy Policy governing the collection and processing of your personal data.
• You have read and agree to betjj's Responsible Gaming policy and acknowledge the tools available to manage your gambling activity.
• You are accessing betjj voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, organisation, or commercial entity.
• You are not accessing betjj from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Your acceptance of these Terms is confirmed each time you log in to your betjj account. If any updated version of these Terms is published and you continue to use the platform after the stated effective date, your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on betjj, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. betjj enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 18 years for all players, in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to adult entertainment platforms.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of betjj, nor a close family member of any such individual.
• You have not previously had a betjj account suspended, closed, or permanently banned for Terms violations.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period on betjj or any related platform.
• You are acting entirely on your own behalf and not on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any third party.

Age Verification

betjj reserves the right to request proof of age and identity (KYC documentation) from any player at any time. Standard KYC documents accepted include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Players who fail to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by betjj's compliance team will have their accounts restricted pending verification and, if verification is not completed, closed.

Parents and guardians are strongly encouraged to utilise parental control software to prevent minors from accessing betjj.app and similar online gambling platforms.

3 Account Registration

To access betjj's betting and gaming products, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. The following rules apply to the registration process and ongoing account management:

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on betjj. Creating, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts — whether registered under the same or different names, phone numbers, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betjj uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player will be closed and any balances or bonuses forfeited.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile phone number (which will be used for account authentication and bKash/Nagad payment verification), and email address. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your betjj login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. betjj will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact betjj support immediately via live chat at betjj.app or email support@betjj.app.

KYC Verification

betjj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. Players may be required to submit identity documents (National ID, passport), proof of mobile wallet ownership (bKash/Nagad account confirmation), and proof of address before large withdrawals are processed. betjj may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle, including at registration, before the first withdrawal, or following unusual account activity.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on betjj are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). betjj does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the betjj Cashier page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.
• betjj does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your mobile wallet provider or bank are the player's responsibility.
• Deposits are generally credited to your betjj account instantly. In the event of a delay, players should retain their transaction reference number and contact support.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 15 minutes from approval for bKash and Nagad; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business days.
• betjj reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for accounts undergoing KYC review, fraud investigation, or bonus wagering verification.
• Players must not have any active bonus wagering requirement outstanding at the time of a withdrawal request. If a wagering requirement is active, the withdrawal will be queued until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.

Anti-Money-Laundering Policy

betjj operates in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) best practices. Deposits may only be made using funds that belong to the player and are derived from lawful sources. betjj reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or unusual transaction patterns. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine participation in betjj's betting and gaming products — including any attempt to use betjj as a payment processing mechanism — are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other gaming products offered on betjj. Product-specific rules are published separately on each game's or event's information page within the platform.

Sports Betting

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. betjj does not honour bets placed at odds that were published in error due to technical fault, data feed failure, or human error.
• betjj reserves the right to void any bet that is determined to have been placed on an event whose result was already known at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) betting odds are subject to change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet ID is issued, the odds are locked and will not be altered.
• Minimum bet stake: ৳10. Maximum bet stake: as displayed per market. betjj reserves the right to apply individual player stake limits.
• Cricket markets covered include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC Cricket World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, and all major bilateral series. Football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and other sports are also available subject to scheduling.

Casino Games

• All casino games (slots, RNG table games) use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are subject to independent fairness audits. Game outcomes are not influenced by betjj or any player.
• Live casino games are operated by certified third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. The rules of each live casino game are as stated by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• Minimum slot spin value: ৳10. Maximum spin value: as displayed per game.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted due to a technical fault on betjj's infrastructure, betjj will use server-side game round data to determine the outcome. If a round cannot be completed, the stake will be refunded to the player's betjj balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

betjj offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general bonus terms apply to all betjj promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Wagering Requirements

All betjj bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated on the promotion's terms page. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. Bets placed on restricted game categories (as specified per promotion) do not count towards wagering requirements.

Bonus Eligibility Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, and per device.
• betjj reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Exploiting betjj bonus offers through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or abuse of multiple accounts will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
• All bonus offers are subject to minimum odds requirements and minimum qualifying deposit amounts as specified in the individual promotion's terms.

Expiry

Bonuses and free bets expire on the date stated in the individual promotion's terms. Typically, unused bonuses expire within 7–30 days of being credited, and wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the same window. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

7 Responsible Gaming

betjj is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betjj. Engaging in any of the actions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Using betjj for any purpose other than personal entertainment and genuine wagering activity.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or technical faults in betjj's platform for financial gain ("bug abuse").
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or AI-driven wagering tools to place bets on betjj without prior written authorisation.
• Participating in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting on events covered by betjj's sportsbook.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in live casino games (e.g., coordinating bets at the same Baccarat or Roulette table to exploit house rules).
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using betjj as a vehicle for money laundering or terrorist financing.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing betjj support staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-charge or dispute legitimate transactions via your mobile wallet provider or bank (charge-back fraud).
• Accessing betjj using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geo-restrictions or account blocks.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

betjj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonus promotions.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the player.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or request from a competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies).

Dormant Account Policy

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. betjj will attempt to notify the account holder via email prior to applying dormant account fees. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the dormant account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players can reactivate a dormant account at any time by completing a standard login and, if required, a fresh KYC verification.

Closure on Player Request

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting betjj support via live chat or email at support@betjj.app. Any remaining balance (net of outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet within 5 business days of account closure confirmation, subject to completed KYC verification.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on betjj.app — including but not limited to the betjj brand name, logo, website design, graphics, icons, text, software, betting odds, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betjj or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access betjj.app for personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any betjj content without prior written consent.
• Scrape, index, or systematically extract data from betjj (including odds data, game RTP figures, or player statistics) for commercial purposes.
• Use the betjj brand name or logo in any context not expressly authorised in writing by betjj.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the betjj platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, SmartSoft Gaming) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers. betjj operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of provider IP.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betjj excludes all liability for:

• Financial losses arising from betting or gaming outcomes, including losses resulting from your reliance on betjj odds, statistics, or any other information displayed on the platform.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from circumstances outside betjj's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, mobile network failures, natural disasters, or cyber-attacks.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or result settlements caused by third-party data feed providers — betjj will make commercially reasonable efforts to correct material errors but does not guarantee their absence.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature arising from your use of betjj, even where betjj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

betjj's total aggregate liability to any player for direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Amendments to Terms

betjj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, betjj will:

• Update the "Last Updated" and "Effective Date" fields at the top of this page.
• Publish an in-platform notification to all registered players who have logged in within the preceding 90 days.
• Where practicable, send an email notification to registered players' email addresses on file.

Your continued use of betj j after the stated effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using betjj and may request account closure as described in Section 9.

Minor amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of a clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice. The version number and last-updated date will still be updated to reflect any such changes.
